We verify identity for every client via TICC. Fees for this are in the costs list above.
You’ll have a named lawyer on your matter and an alternate contact if they’re unavailable. We respond within one business day where we can.
Invoices are payable within 7 days. 2% monthly penalty interest applies to overdue amounts.
Everything you tell us stays between us, with the usual exceptions for our regulator, our insurer and the law.
If something’s not right, tell a Director first — Kristine King or Campbell McGill. The NZ Law Society complaints service is available if we can’t resolve it between us.
