Important Notes
- 01All disbursements and statutory fees listed above are inclusive of GST and passed through at cost. Rates set by LINZ, the Companies Office and other authorities are subject to change — we will notify you of any change before incurring the cost on your file.
- 02Professional fees are charged either on a time basis or by fixed quote. We will discuss and agree the basis of charging with you before commencing work, and provide an estimate where possible.
- 03Invoices are payable within 7 days. A penalty interest rate of 2% per month applies to overdue amounts.
- 04AML/CDD charges apply once per new client engagement. We are required to verify identity under the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act.
