— Profile

Campbell brings a multilingual, commercial mindset to legal work. With degrees in both Law and Arts, and fluency in French and Spanish, he often acts for clients with cross-border interests — from European-NZ families navigating an inheritance, to Latin American business owners setting up in Auckland.

Within the firm he leads the employment law practice and works alongside Kristine on property and commercial transactions. He's a clear thinker on structures: how a trust, company, or shareholding arrangement should be set up at the start so it doesn't cause grief at the finish.

Campbell believes employment relationships should be drafted to last — not just to survive a Personal Grievance. His advice for employers errs toward preventative HR; for employees, he focuses on understanding what's actually achievable from a negotiation.
